Salon Growth & Development

At Untouchable Salon we have a long-standing reputation for investing in our stylists through ongoing coaching and education. Our tiered stylist program encourages those looking to join the salon industry, while constantly promoting from within and investing in our current talent.

Working closely with the Mt. Boucherie Hair Academy to apprentice students, as well as speaking in various educational salons throughout the Okanagan, Untouchable Salon takes education as a vital priority. We are always striving to bring people in that have passion for this industry, regardless of experience.

As an Aveda salon, we are able to bring forward a holistic approach to salon services, while setting an example for environmental leadership. Aveda is cruelty-free and a pioneer in post-consumer recycled packaging, utilizing wind power and naturally derived ingredients. Untouchable History 

Locally owned and operated for more than 50 years, Untouchable Salon was purchased from the Ritchie family in 1992 by Chris and Sandra Elliott who grew it into one of the largest full-service hair salons in Kelowna. In 2020, the salon was purchased by their son Oliver Elliott, who has been working in the industry since the age of 14. He started out working as a salon assistant, and now has progressed to a master stylist and owner.

Untouchable Salon is proud to have some of Kelowna’s most skilled and passionate stylists – each of whom is dedicated to their craft and delighting each client with outstanding services.
