We understand sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible for us to accommodate and we will be happy to do so. If you are unable to provide us with at least 24 hours notice out of respect to our talented stylists time you will be subject to a cancellation fee of between $25.00-$75.00 depending on the service which was booked which must be paid before your next service. We are understanding of emergency circumstances so contact our management if you need to cancel on short notice due to an emergency.

Our stylists also may ask for deposits on longer appointments at their own discretion. Deposits will be refunded in the case an appointment booked is changed or cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.

We do not have an online booking system and our email is not used for booking purposes, please call the salon to cancel or make any changes to your appointments. We check our email periodically but if an email cancellation is missed it will still be considered a no show.
